Are you tired of bland, blended supermarket honey? Come and learn about amazing honey from Britain from the comfort of your home. Join Helen, beekeeper at Highgate Honey, for a Zoom tasting of a selection of delicious raw honey samples from around the country. She will also explain how humans have had a long history of honey consumption, how different types of honey are produced and extracted and honey fraud. Each participant will be sent a package with five sorts of honey, tasting spoons, a sample of beeswax, a sensory wheel, a pollen chart, tasting notes and some honey based recipes. Packages will be sent out a week before the session. Sessions last around 1hr 15mins. Postage within the UK is included in the price.

Maximum of 10 participants.
