We really love our own honey, but we also love to discover honey from different parts of the world. Whenever we go on holiday, we bring home jars from wherever we’ve been. The colour and flavour of honey depends on the flowers that the bees have been foraging on – and the flowers depend on the soil and climate in the area, so that each area will have a unique honey.
We regularly run workshops, either in-person or online, to celebrate the tastes and aromas of the huge variety of honey available. Our most popular workshop focuses on UK honey. We also run an “Around the World” workshop, with one honey from each continent, a “European” workshop and a workshop based on our own London honeys.
We run group workshops over the winter months – you can sign up to join one in our shop.
We also run private workshops for groups and companies – these can be tailored to suit the size of the group and the occasion. Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more contactus@highgatehoney.com
